1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zexor ("the Software") or visiting our website (zex.leoog.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or purchase the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zexor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the Software on compatible Windows devices (Windows 10, Windows 11, or later) for your personal or commercial productivity purposes.

Depending on your tier (Free or Pro), certain advanced features and hardware bindings may be enabled by an active license key. We also provide a 3-day free trial for new users to experience all Pro features before deciding to purchase.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Digital Delivery

Free Trial & Pricing: Zexor is free to download and use, and includes a 3-day free trial of all Pro features. An optional Pro Lifetime License can be purchased and activated directly within the application for a one-time fee of $29 USD with all future updates included. There are no recurring subscription fees or hidden charges.

In-App Activation & Digital Delivery: Zexor Pro licenses are delivered and activated electronically. Upon completing the in-app purchase via our authorized merchant of record (Creem.io), your software license is instantly bound and activated on your device, with purchase confirmation delivered to your email address.

All prices are listed in USD ($29 USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise during checkout.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Zexor. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Zexor Pro ($29 USD):

• If you encounter technical issues, incompatibility, or defects that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
• To initiate a refund request, simply email our customer support at metalbug@gmail.com with your order details and invoice receipt.
• Refunds are processed through our payment partner (Creem.io) to your original payment method within standard banking processing times.

5. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary distribution of the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
• Circumvent, bypass, or tamper with digital signature verification or cryptographic licensing mechanisms.
• Sublicense, resell, or distribute unauthorized cracked license keys or modified binaries.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zexor is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we endeavor to ensure maximum stability, performance, and data safety, file operations carry inherent risks and you are advised to maintain appropriate backups of critical data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zexor or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
